As an Operational Business Analyst at Remunance, your role will involve analyzing and evaluating existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of implemented improvements to ensure sustained success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to develop actionable insights will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, conducting root cause analysis to address operational issues and implement corrective actions will be crucial. You will also assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and support the continuous improvement culture by promoting innovation and a problem-solving mindset across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and evaluate existing business processes - Monitor and report on the performance of implemented improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions - Assist in developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) - Promote innovation and problem-solving mindset across the organization **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - Proven experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions - Experience with Transportation & Logistics is mandatory - Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel is mandatory - Exceptional English communication skills are mandatory - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis software In addition, certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is highly desirable. Experience in the operations or distribution industry, knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops, and strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges would be considered ideal for this role.
