OPERATION THEATRE - MANAGER

As an Operation Theatre Manager, your role will involve preparing and maintaining the operation theatre environment to ensure sterility and safety. You will be responsible for managing OT equipment maintenance and ensuring the availability of medical and diagnostic supplies. Supervising OT staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management, will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain the operation theatre environment to ensure sterility and safety - Manage OT equipment maintenance and availability of medical and diagnostic supplies - Supervise OT staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management - Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies and biomedical waste disposal protocols - Assist anesthetists during emergencies and intra-operative procedures - Coordinate with Quality Department for NABH accreditation compliance and audits - Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure working environment for staff and patients - Monitor OT operations to assure quality and continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field - Previous experience in operation theatre management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of infection control policies and regulations - Certification in OT management will be an added advantage In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis in a day shift schedule at the specified in-person work location.
