Operation Support -Back End

Experience:

• Freshers or Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in handling the back- end operations and compliance functions of insurance brokerage company is preferred.

Competencies:

• Good knowledge of Back-end Operations particularly relating to insurance brokerage companies
• Proficiency in MS office is must, especially Excel, Knowing SAIBA Software will be an advantage or On job training will be provided.
• Above average proficiency in written and spoken English
• Hardworking, honest, and focused.
• Quick learner

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Back-end Operations MIS
• Importing data from the Operations Software and verifying accuracy of the same
• Compliance under various statutes and applicable regulations
• Reconciliation with Insurance Companies MIS
• Compiling Management Information Reports and doing analysis
• Assisting in making reports as per IRDAI BAP portal
• Tele calling as per Database
• Making Quotes from Insurance Co.’s Portal and preparing Comparison

and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
