Operation Supervisor

As a Manager/Supervisor for the Night Shift at our Sangli, Maharashtra office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of valuation analysts handling property appraisal data for the US mortgage market. Your responsibilities will include managing the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of valuation reports, and maintaining high-quality standards aligned with client SLAs. You will be expected to coordinate shift activities, assign tasks, and provide regular performance feedback to your team members. Collaboration with US-based clients and internal teams will be essential for addressing queries and escalations effectively. Additionally, conducting team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations will be part of your routine to ensure operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree in any stream, with a preference for candidates having a background in real estate, finance, or commerce. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead position, preferably in BPO/KPO or US mortgage-related work, is required. Familiarity with valuation, mortgage processing, or real estate operations will be advantageous, along with excellent communication and team management skills. Being proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and online data systems is crucial for this role. Flexibility to work the night shift aligned with US business hours is a must. Ideally, you should have experience working with US clients or possess knowledge of the US property appraisal process, such as appraisal forms, comps, MLS, and county data.
