Familiarity with valuation, mortgage processing, or real estate operations will be advantageous, along with excellent communication and team management skills. Being proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and online data systems is crucial for this role. Flexibility to work the night shift aligned with US business hours is a must. Ideally, you should have experience working with US clients or possess knowledge of the US property appraisal process, such as appraisal forms, comps, MLS, and county data.
