Key areas would be:

Hard core operations person who has run day to day ops and has experience coordinating between teams, solving daily bottlenecks, managing dispatch or fulfilment workflows, and handling escalations.
SOP building and making sure people follow them
Good at excel - Build basic dashboards, Track daily ops KPIs, Convert insights ? actions
Bonus: Experience improving TAT, SLA, error %, or delivery rates through data.
Does RCA's, can build error-prevention mechanisms, does audits, Improves error rates
Cross-functional Collaboration - Inside Sales, Packaging, Pharmacy, Accounts
