Operation Manager

As an Operations Manager at Oh Stayz Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our premium holiday home brand. Your main focus will be on ensuring a smooth and secure experience for our guests staying at various private accommodations in Kerala and Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of multiple properties to guarantee guest readiness and efficient functioning. - Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and caretaker teams at different locations. - Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards. - Address on-ground issues, emergency maintenance, and service recovery promptly. - Efficiently track inventory, linen, consumables, and property supplies. - Implement SOPs, checklists, and reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with guest support, sales, and acquisition teams for seamless operations. - Maintain detailed documentation of tasks, vendor coordination, and team schedules. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operations management in the hospitality sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities in real-time situations. - Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively under pressure. - Good understanding of hospitality service expectations and basic technical maintenance. - Willingness to travel locally and oversee properties in different locations. - Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
