Job Description

Operations Manager Full-Time Based

Seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to support our billing and invoice operations and ensure alignment with evolving business needs and growth targets. This individual will be a critical player in monitoring and reporting on financial spend across all global operations and supporting the business across our global delivery model.

In this role, the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting MGTs global growth and talent strategy through financial oversight and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Tracking & Analysis: Monitor hiring activity, global resource costs, savings, and ROI of global resourcing initiatives using internal financial trackers.

Data Quality Oversight: Conduct follow-ups and escalate issues related to Global Partners’ data integrity, focusing on error rates, correction turnaround times, and overall data quality improvements.

Executive Reporting: Develop, maintain, and update executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentation materials that reflect financial and operational performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budget planning and forecasting efforts by analyzing billing and reporting data.

Billing Audits: Perform periodic audits of billing and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timely validation of invoices and billing records.

Approval Coordination: Manage follow-ups with relevant approvers (e.g., leaders, reporting managers) to ensure timely approvals of global resource timesheets and invoices.

Strategic Support: Execute additional duties as assigned to support MGT’s global operations and talent strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution; advanced degree in is a plus.

8+ years of experience in financial management, billing, and reporting, or a related operational leadership role, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or global delivery environment.

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) as it relates to analyzing/manipulating financial data.

High proficiency with PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in interpreting financial data, creating dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Comfortable working across time zones and occasionally outside standard business hours to support global operations..
