Operation Manager

As an Operations Support Manager at Krishna Life, you will be responsible for providing internal and external support for a variety of events including Religious Festivals, Spiritual Retreats, Workshops, Community Outreach Programs, Temple Functions, Cultural Programs, and other related events. Your key responsibilities will include planning and coordinating logistics such as Prasadam for events, supporting Kirtanias both internally and externally, managing transport and other logistical support, processing expenses related to events, and handling data and reports management. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination and support as required. You will also be involved in various activities related to congregation functions, visitor management in the temple and outside, and coordinating with volunteers. Your role will encompass event management planning and operations support, event arrangements and coordination from pre-event to post-event phases, comprehensive responsibility for Prasadam, Kirtanias, transport, and logistics, as well as backend data management and reporting. Continuous process improvement, documentation, and flexibility to work extended hours, especially during events, will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Operations/Logistics Management, Event Management, and Event Coordination. People management expertise, including effective communication in English, Kannada, and preferably Hindi, is essential. Proficiency in using computers and software such as MS Office and Google Sheets, along with technical knowledge related to event requirements like audio-visual needs and event management software, will be beneficial. A positive and flexible attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, exposure to Vendor Management, and Project Management are also desired qualities.
