As an Operations Support Manager at Krishna Life, you will be responsible for providing internal and external support for a variety of events including Religious Festivals, Spiritual Retreats, Workshops, Community Outreach Programs, Temple Functions, Cultural Programs, and other related events. Your key responsibilities will include planning and coordinating logistics such as Prasadam for events, supporting Kirtanias both internally and externally, managing transport and other logistical support, processing expenses related to events, and handling data and reports management. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination and support as required. You will also be involved in various activities related to congregation functions, visitor management in the temple and outside, and coordinating with volunteers. Your role will encompass event management planning and operations support, event arrangements and coordination from pre-event to post-event phases, comprehensive responsibility for Prasadam, Kirtanias, transport, and logistics, as well as backend data management and reporting. Continuous process improvement, documentation, and flexibility to work extended hours, especially during events, will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Operations/Logistics Management, Event Management, and Event Coordination. People management expertise, including effective communication in English, Kannada, and preferably Hindi, is essential. Proficiency in using computers and software such as MS Office and Google Sheets, along with technical knowledge related to event requirements like audio-visual needs and event management software, will be beneficial. A positive and flexible attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, exposure to Vendor Management, and Project Management are also desired qualities. You will be working as a Supply Chain Demand Planning Analyst at Pune, India Office. Reporting to the Principal/Program Manager, your role will involve utilizing Engineering Mathematics, Operations/Logistics, Statistics, Inventory Management, and Production Planning analytics to provide solutions for Clients" Supply Chain Management, Demand planning, and Forecasting challenges. Your responsibilities will include working closely with Clients/Program Managers to collect extensive sales data and perform in-depth analysis to deliver demand planning solutions. You will review and analyze sales data, applying your industrial planning expertise to refine data for analysis using tools such as SAP IBP/APO, Forecast Pro, and other Forecasting software. Additionally, you will analyze financial statements to identify the financial ratios impacting the supply chain. You will be required to develop customized mathematical models to analyze sales data, interpret outcomes, and determine the most efficient and economical options. Furthermore, you will optimize methods to provide clients with accurate demand planning decisions and policy formulation support. Upon completion of analysis, you will prepare detailed project reports for client evaluation, review, and implementation within specified timeframes and costs. Collaborating with clients, internal operations analysts, supply chain engineers, and managers will be essential to educate them on sales data and facilitate accurate demand forecasts and improved logistics/supply chain methods. You will also assist Principals/Program Managers in presenting analytical findings to clients. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Masters degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Alternatively, two years of experience in Operations & Supply Chain Management with a focus on Demand/Sales/Supply planning & Forecasting will be considered. Candidates with experience in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in data analysis tools, and report development using Power BI, Advanced Excel are preferred. Exposure to Python, SQL, R programming language would be advantageous. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, along with an analytical mindset are essential for this position.
