Job Description

We are hiring a City Operations Manager for Safsafaiwala.com, a tech-enabled home and professional cleaning services company. The role involves managing daily city operations through the web admin dashboard, assigning unassigned jobs, coordinating with in-house cleaning teams, sales team and customer service team, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding cleaning vendors through the mobile application, meeting vendors on-ground as per demand locations, tracking vendor performance and service quality, and resolving operational issues. Responsibilities also include daily and monthly reporting of revenue, expenses and salaries, monitoring housekeeping sites as point of contact (POC), and maintaining strict discipline in daily reporting and execution. Candidate must have prior operations or field management experience, be comfortable using mobile apps and Google Sheets, and be open to field + office work.
