Operation Manager (Construction Machinery)

As a Sales and Operation Manager (Rental), your role involves managing the daily operation, deployment, and maintenance of the construction equipment fleet, including Tower cranes, Passenger hoists, and Truck-mounted cranes. You will be located in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, and offered a salary range of 30,000 - 40,000 per month along with incentives and bonuses. The employment type for this position is full-time. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee fleet operation, repair, and preventive maintenance schedules. - Manage operators, technicians, and support staff. - Recruit and deploy operating crew as per project requirements. - Conduct clients meetings and marketing activities. - Control maintenance and repair costs. - Prepare monthly performance summaries. - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and operators for equipment deployment. - Assist the Managing Director in follow-ups, quotations, and rental negotiations. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred. Any degree with relevant experience will also be considered. - Minimum 5 years of experience in construction equipment management. - Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
