Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operation Manager with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client complaints.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet corporate office targets.
Monitor sales numbers daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure budgets are met.
Conduct creative thinking and brainstorming sessions with team members to improve sales.
Handle client complaints and ensure timely dispatches.
Manage cash purchases and budget management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, recruitment, or administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.
