Position: Operation Manager (Banking Domain -Inbound Customer Services) (BPO Mandatory)

Location : Navi Mumbai -turbhe

Qualification: Graduation

Work From Office 6 days

Adding a Dedicated Manager with BFSI domain expertise [Experience managing inbound and Email Domain]

Will bring dedicated focus and CX input for improve customer experience in Voice and Email Line of business.
Regular reviewing and coaching team to build a CX-Focused team culture.
With dedicated alignment & focus, will work on streaming lining on the opportunity and will work on focusing in improving customer delight.
Future approach in improving review opportunity via Cross sales and service to sales mode to add additional review to business.
JD: - Manager Operations CX [inbound & Email Line of Business]
Experience:
12+ years (2+ years in team management)

BFSI expertise
Skills:
Voice & non-voice ops, MS Office, digital tools, cloud telephony
Education:
Graduate
Certifications:
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred)
Other:
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
CIBIL Score >650
Knowledge of QMS, ISMS & relevant policies
Skilled in SOPs, FMEA, governance frameworks
Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability
