Job Summary:

We're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to take charge of the responsibilities outlined in the job description and drive our team to new heights!

· Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.

· Regularly conduct stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.

· Supervise the receipt of incoming goods, verifying quality and quantity against purchase orders.

· Coordinate the efficient dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.

· Organize and optimize warehouse space to maximize storage capacity and facilitate smooth operations.

· Implement systematic labelling and storage procedures for easy retrieval of goods.

· Enforce safety guidelines and compliance standards within the warehouse, ensuring a secure working environment.

· Adhere to legal requirements related to the storage and handling of goods.

· Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback and organize staff shift to meet operational requirements.

· Oversee the accurate picking and packing of orders, minimizing errors and ensuring on-time delivery.

· Implement best practices for order fulfilment processes.

· Implement quality control measures to ensure that goods meet specified standards before dispatch.

· Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as stock movements.

· Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the timely receipt of goods and resolve any supply chain issues.

· Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

· Arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.

· Develop and implement emergency response plans to address unforeseen situations such as stock shortages, damaged goods, or other emergencies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in Operation Incharge or a similar role.

· Strong organizational and leadership skills.

· Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations.

.10- 12 hours shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
