Role Description

We are hiring for customer service particular for ocean import. This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Import Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Operation Import Specialist will be responsible for handling import documentation, coordinating with shipping lines, ensuring customs clearance, managing inventory control, and overseeing warehousing and distribution processes. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth and compliant import operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in import documentation and customs clearance procedures
• Experience in coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
• Experience in the logistics industry, particularly in import operations, is a plus
