Role & responsibilities

The candidate should have following skill sets.

Operations Knowledge - Practical understanding of anti-roll bar manufacturing processes such as forging, bending, heat treatment, machining, shot-peening, painting/coating, planning and logistics.
Functional Expertise - Ability to manage complex tasks & operations in product design, quality assurance, manufacturing of anti-roll bars, with knowledge of related automotive systems (suspension, chassis, metallurgy).
Product Development - Strong capability in applying product development principles, material sciences, and mechanical design concepts to enhance anti-roll bar performance, durability, and weight optimization.
Marketing and Product Management - Thorough understanding of additional aspects of marketing, including marketing planning, advertising, promotional program management, product positioning, life cycle management and pricing.
Financial Acumen - Strong financial acumen with working understanding of income statements, expense budgeting, and financial analysis and decision-making tools, drive results and understand risk/rewards of potential actions.
Effective communication skill, leadership and team handling skill.
