Job Description

Title: Chief Executive & Financial Officer (CEO / CFO)

Reporting To: Founder & Managing Director

CTC: 18-24L + Performance Bonus

Purpose

Lead Auxilink Projects & Machinery Pvt. Ltd. from a 30 Cr engineering house to a 300 Cr professionally managed enterprise by 2030 with full responsibility for P&L, execution, people, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

• Own revenue, profitability, and delivery performance across all Auxilink verticals.
• Drive project execution discipline — from tendering and BOQ to close-out and cash collection.
• Build scalable systems and delegate ownership to functional heads.

Financial Stewardship

• Control costs, manage cashflows, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle banking, funding, and strategic finance.
• Present monthly MIS, P&L, and growth forecasts to the Founder.

Organizational Development

• Strengthen leadership below — Production, Projects, Marketing, HR, and Design.
• Introduce KRAs, performance incentives, and clear accountability layers.
• Create a culture of speed, data, and responsibility.

Growth & Strategy

• Identify new customers and industry verticals beyond Maruti.
• Lead tenders, partnerships, and expansion plans.
• Prepare the organization for audits, investor readiness, and long-term valuation.

Profile Requirements

• CA / MBA with 15 + years in engineering, EPC, or manufacturing.
• Proven record of leading P&L of 25 Cr + units.
• Strong in financial management, operations, and team leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a high-ownership environment.

Personal Traits

• Energetic, structured, transparent.
• Comfortable working directly with the Founder.
