Job Description

As an Operations Executive in the Travel & Tourism industry, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and organizational skills will be key in managing the back-end and on-ground execution of travel itineraries. You will play a vital role in coordinating with vendors and providing support to clients throughout their trip. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end execution of international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel insurance. - Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport vendors, guides, and local partners to confirm and manage bookings. - Prepare and verify travel itineraries and vouchers. - Assist the sales team with itinerary feasibility, costing, and operations support. - Address client queries, changes, or emergencies during the trip with speed and professionalism. - Track and manage all bookings in CRM or operations software. - Ensure documentation and travel requirements (visas, permits, insurance) are met. - Maintain client feedback and work on improving operations efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). - 2+ years of experience in tour operations or travel coordination (preferred). - Knowledge of international and domestic destinations, visa processes, and airline portals. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English required). - Tech-savvy - Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and travel booking platforms. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple itineraries at once. - Flexibility to work beyond regular hours during peak seasons or emergencies. Please note that the company prefers candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry and a background in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. Additionally, proficiency in Hindi and English is necessary for effective communication with clients. Advanced organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure will be essential in this role.,
