Operation executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and monitor deposit and withdrawal transactions on our platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless fund flow, maintaining accurate transaction records, and resolving user queries related to payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify deposits and withdrawals in real-time.
• Cross-check transactions via UTR, wallet hash, or blockchain explorer.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support to resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in operational logs, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Escalate and follow up on delayed or stuck transactions.
• Assist in day-to-day reconciliation of exchange wallets and bank accounts.
• Respond to transaction-related user support tickets and queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and security guidelines.
• Report suspicious or unusual transactions to higher authorities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of blockchain, or digital wallets is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
• Comfortable with working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

Preferred But Not Mandatory:

• Experience in payment operations or customer support in fintech/financial services.
• Familiarity with blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, Blockchain.com).
• Knowledge of UPI/IMPS/NEFT systems.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per year
