Operation executive

Company Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations and Sales Executive to join our tour company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our tour packages including International and Domestic, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Role Description

• Should have a good product knowledge of Europe and other long haul destinations. Managing and customising FIT Packages
• Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tours, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Well versed with Air ticketing on online portals.
• Collaborate with other DMC, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement tour packages that meet customer needs.
• Monitor and evaluate tour performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in operations management in the tour industry.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Better product knowledge of international sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
