Opening for Operation Executive Education: Graduation Experience: 3 to 5 years in Transport/Cargo or Logistics • Book consignments, prepare bills & ensure all entries are made in the system • Assist in managing daily deliveries & prepare other documents related to transportation & deliveries as per the requisite format • Attend customer complaints & resolve. • Maintaining the Warehouse. • Drafting & answering email enquiries with other branches • Maintaining daily expenses sheet & follow up with parties for Payment • Maintaining daily log of incoming and outgoing vehicles. • Ensure that all documents related to deliveries have proper signed and stamped (POD) • Maintaining daily register of new clients as per prescribed format and send it to Sales office on a weekly basis • Carry out other tasks as delegated by Branch Head and Head Office Skills required 1. Good Communication 2. Basic Computer Knowledge.
