Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Mumbai. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing the scheduling of health checkups and Covid testing appointments, coordinating with onsite teams, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the Operations Executive will play a key role in managing vendor relationships and improving customer service processes. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Proven experience in Operations and Operations Management Excellent Analytical Skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with onsite teams Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Operational experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
