Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Make and receive basic follow-up or coordination calls (no sales calling).
Assist in daily operational tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, or client coordination.
Perform accurate data entry tasks using Excel and company software/tools.
Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure all operational records and documents are well-organized and up to date.
Follow up with vendors, clients, or delivery partners as needed.
Support the team with administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas).
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,381.23 - ₹15,000.00 per month
