Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and process-driven Internal Auditor to oversee store operations across our pan-India retail network. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with company policies, identifying operational gaps, and driving continuous improvement in store performance, through CCTV systems and regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of MacV retail stores using live and recorded CCTV footage.
• Monitor and evaluate store operations, customer interactions, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Review and assess inventory control, billing accuracy, and loss prevention measures.
• Audit compliance with safety protocols, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.
• Identify gaps in process adherence and areas for operational improvement.
• Create and share detailed audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Regional Operations Team to drive corrective measures.
• Maintain thorough documentation of audit findings, follow-ups, and compliance trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers with a strong interest in retail processes are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, audit tools, and report writing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
