Job Title: Pet Sourcing Operations Coordinator

Location: New Friends Colony, Delhi

Reports to: Chief Supply Chain Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pet Sourcing Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline our pet sourcing processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating operations, ensuring ethical breeding standards, and maintaining strong relationships with breeders. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Pet Sourcing Operations: Work with breeders and partners to source ethically bred pets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with breeders and suppliers through regular outbound communication.
• Data Management: Use Excel to track pet availability, supplier information, and operational metrics. Prepare reports for the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sourcing and operations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all sourced pets meet ethical breeding standards and health requirements.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including customer service and marketing, to align sourcing efforts with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations coordination or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, especially in making outbound calls to breeders and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ethical pet breeding standards is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
