Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Malar Hospital. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate daily hospital operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to address operational requirements.
• Maintain schedules, rosters, and duty allocations for support staff.
• Ensure timely availability of resources such as medical supplies, equipment, and housekeeping support.
• Assist in implementing hospital policies, SOPs, and quality control systems.
• Monitor maintenance of hospital infrastructure and coordinate repairs or servicing.
• Respond promptly to patient service issues and feedback in coordination with relevant departments.
• Prepare operational reports, MIS, and assist in audits or inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced services (housekeeping, security, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Office and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of NABH standards is a plus.

Work Timings:

Rotational shifts for 8 Hours
