Job Role: Operations Executive / Operations Associate

Role Overview:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the organization. The role focuses on coordination, execution, and smooth functioning of internal processes, ensuring efficient delivery of services across various verticals of King Sports Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring ongoing projects and operations
Maintain proper documentation, records, and operational reports
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, academies, coaches, and partners when required
Support onboarding and operational workflows for players, members, and associates
Ensure compliance with company processes and operational guidelines
Identify operational challenges and assist in improving efficiency and workflow
Provide logistical and administrative support during events, trials, or meetings
Requirements & Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication (verbal and written)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and documentation tools
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Interest or background in sports management is an added advantage
Work Environment:
Office-based
