Operation Executive

Job Description: An Operations Executive for an E-commerce Warehouse Central Team is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. Their responsibilities may include: Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warrgehouse and creating shipment schedules Monitoring Outbound, Inward, Returns and RTV Operations To work on the assignments and projects assigned by Ast Manager and Manager. Examining warehouse operations SOP being followed in all the warehouses. Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and developing teamwork initiatives Communicating with other teams for follow-ups on dependent tasks. Responsible for warehouse checklist, hygiene and cleanliness. What is expected from our employees? Have a leadership and management skills, including the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of others. Knowledge of e-commerce operations, warehouse management, and inventory control. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find efficient and effective solutions to operational issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with other departments and employees. A focus on customer service and the ability to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Qualification: Engineer/BBM/BSC, Min above 65% in 10, 12 and Engineering. Very Good vocabulary in English and Hindi. Microsoft Excel (Very Good hold on excel usage). Experience of 0-2 years.
