Operations Executive Role and Responsibility Communicating with executives and upper management regularly Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures Overlooking the daily functions of the business Creating short and long-term operational goals Suggesting improvements needed in different operations Maintaining a healthy relationship with suppliers and stakeholders Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations Operations Executive Requirements Having a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field Prior experience working in a managerial role Certification related to the role will be an advantage Excellent communication and leadership skills Having experience with monitoring expenses and preparing reports Exp-2-3Yrs Mandatory-H Card Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,357.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
