Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations, ensure smooth workflow across departments, and support process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational activities and ensure business processes run smoothly.
Coordinate with different departments (HR, Sales, IT, Admin, etc.) to ensure timely task completion.
Monitor and track performance metrics, reporting to management as required.
Assist in planning, process improvements, and implementation of new strategies.
Handle documentation, data management, and compliance-related tasks.
Support vendor management, inventory, and procurement as needed.
Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Operations/Management or related field.
1–4 years of experience in operations or administration role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
