Position: Production Executive/Manager (Event/Advertising Industry)

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in event/advertising production


Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Budget - 7.20LPA


Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of digital & offset Printing, AV equipment, staging, lighting, and fabrication processes with different materials used for Corporate gifting, trophies, office interiors etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and production software tools.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager/Executive to join our dynamic team in the advertising/event industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing production processes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of event setups. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical know-how of material usage like print, acrylic, fabrication etc, and exceptional organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Production Management:

Oversee event production activities from planning to execution.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Supervise event setups, dismantling, and logistics to ensure quality standards are met.


Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services required for events.

Negotiate costs and ensure timely delivery of requirements.


Logistics & Inventory Management:

Organize and manage event inventory, including props, furniture, and technical equipment.

Plan and execute logistics for smooth transportation and on-site management.


Quality Control:

Conduct pre-event site inspections to verify layouts and readiness.

Monitor on-ground production to ensure adherence to the agreed design and quality standards.


Budget Management:

Track production expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, planners, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into executable plans.

Assist in managing labour teams during events.


Problem-Solving:

Quickly address and resolve any on-site issues during production to ensure smooth operations.
