In your role as Progression Incharge, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of students throughout their academic journey. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proactively monitoring student performance, attendance, and engagement to identify potential issues at an early stage. - Taking the lead in designing and implementing intervention strategies such as extra sessions, mentoring, and academic support without the need for formal requests. - Acting as a guide and mentor to students, assisting them in making well-informed academic and career decisions. - Using student feedback to improve support processes and enhance the overall student experience.
