Planning Systems SME for

Role - Planning Systems SME
Experience - 8 - 10
Notice - Immediate
Location - Pune
Work Mode - Hybrid
Contract Period - 1 Year (will convert or extend based on the performance)

Planning Systems SME

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of planners (ideally within a global environment) including performance management and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Prior line management experience is essential.
Experience in performance management, including setting objectives, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Skilled at setting clear goals and priorities for the team.
Proven experience in Supply Chain planning with hands on experience leading teams with a digital E2E tool
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a clear ability to analyse complex data and identify trends.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Highly proficient in Digital Planning tools (Kinaxis Maestro) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana).
Expertise in documenting and standardising complex business processes ideally in the planning domain.
Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and a clear understanding of how systems can drive process innovation and success.
Excellent process and digital problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
