We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to ensure smooth operations of our malls MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services. The role focuses on maintaining zero downtime, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering a great experience to retailers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily functioning of all MEP servicesImplement preventive maintenance and reduce downtimeImprove Retail Satisfaction Index (RSI) & Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)Maintain safety, health & environmental complianceManage vendors and service providersSupport budgeting and drive cost-saving initiativesCoordinate with internal teams, retailers, and external partnersWhat We’re Looking For:8–15 years of facility management experienceStrong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systemsExperience in vendor management and complianceAbility to handle operations in a fast-paced environment
