Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team responsible for content moderation, ensuring timely review and resolution of customer complaints. Develop and implement effective processes to improve content quality, reduce errors, and enhance user satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in content management systems (CMS) and suggest solutions. Provide guidance on content guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze data to track performance metrics such as first-call resolution rates, handle time, and abandon rate. Desired Candidate Profile 6-8 years of experience in Content Review or related field with expertise in Content Moderation/Trust & Safety. Strong understanding of CMS operations and ability to analyze complex issues quickly. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and senior leadership.
