Opening for Sr. Manager - Operations with an activations agency in Mumbai

JD :-

Role deliverables :-

• End-to-end execution of rural and urban roadshows, dealer activations, and brand campaigns
• Overseeing dealer board production, in-shop branding, wall painting, and digital wall painting projects
• Vendor sourcing, costing, and quality control across various geographies
• Managing execution teams and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and ground-level challenges
• Liaising with internal teams and clients for alignment on execution strategy and creative adaptation
  

Mandatory Skills required :-

• 10–15 years in BTL, activations, and production-heavy roles
• Hands-on experience in rural activations, dealer branding, and wall painting campaigns
• Deep knowledge of production and fabrication processes across different media
• Ability to manage large-scale multi-location campaigns
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
  

Optional Skills required :-

• Ability to multitask under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
• Managing operations team
