Pre-Sales
Job Role:
Source passive candidates through various portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, Hirist, Hirect, etc.)
Search resume databases to find the best-fit candidates
Learn and understand position requirements
Scan and evaluate large volumes of resumes
Utilize Recruitment Marketing strategies
Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers
Manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team
Prepare weekly reports on completed and ongoing tasks
