Role Overview

Were looking for a Product Analyst with strong domain expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation who can bridge the gap between finance operations and product development. This role combines hands-on financial domain work with product and customer engagement, ideal for someone who understands accounting deeply but also wants to shape technology solutions that make finance teams more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end AR and AP reconciliations, investigating discrepancies across vendor/customer ledgers, invoices, payments, credit/debit notes, and returns.

• Partner with the product and engineering teams to translate domain insights into product improvements and feature enhancements.

• Conduct customer onboarding, training, and support sessions, helping finance teams adopt and optimize OneCaps reconciliation solutions.

• Analyze user engagement and data patterns to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.

• Contribute to the creation of best practices, SOPs, and user documentation for reconciliation workflows.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / CA (Inter/Final) with 1–3 years of experience in AR/AP reconciliation or finance operations.

• Deep understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and transaction workflows.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability with an eye for accuracy and process improvement.

• Interest in financial automation, SaaS products, and digital finance transformation.

• Experience with ERP, accounting, or reconciliation tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
