In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage requirement engineering activities across multiple automotive software
projects.
Define, baseline, and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
Manage requirement changes, impact analysis, and version control.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for requirement tracking using tools like PowerBI.
Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and other relevant standards.
Drive migration of requirements from DOORS to Codebeamer, ensuring data integrity and
traceability.
Manage requirements related to:
Regulatory compliance (e.g., UNECE, ISO, NHTSA)
Consumer protection standards and expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, validation, safety, and quality to
ensure requirement alignment.
Support audits and assessments by maintaining structured and accessible requirement
documentation.
