About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing high quality visual content across various platforms and formats. You will play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency and guiding other creators in adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of visual communication materials, including but not limited to:
• Branding materials (logos, brand guidelines, style guides)
• Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics)
• Digital assets (website graphics, social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads)
• User interface (UI) design elements
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
• Develop and maintain brand style guides and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Mentor other creators from the marketing team, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, and continuously explore innovative design solutions.
• Work effectively within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and obtain approvals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of design principles and best practices, particularly in the B2B tech industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proven experience in creating high-quality visual content for B2B audiences, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Ability to mentor and guide other creators.
• Passion for design and a strong understanding of design trends and best practices. Must-have tools skillset:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Canva or other intuitive low-code/no-code design tools.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must.
• Well aware of the latest AI Generation tools

Bonus Points:

• Experience with UX/UI design.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with project management tools
