Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Management:

    • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and clients professionally.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages accurately.
    • Manage visitor logs and issue badges, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
    • Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
    • Monitor and order office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
    • Assist HR with tasks like scheduling interviews and managing HR documents.
  • Office Environment:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
    • Provide general support to employees and other departments.
