Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. Analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective business strategies
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
It would be on commission basis, depending on the clients.
