Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team (FOS) responsible for collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Oversee loan collection processes, including credit control, payment recovery, and debt recovery operations.
Handle customer queries related to loan disbursements, interest calculations, and other financial matters.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
