Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team (FOS) responsible for collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  • Oversee loan collection processes, including credit control, payment recovery, and debt recovery operations.
  • Handle customer queries related to loan disbursements, interest calculations, and other financial matters.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
