Job Description

  • Assisting the Head Chef: Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management.
  • Supervising Kitchen Staff: Overseeing the work of the CDP and other kitchen staff.
  • Menu Development: Contributing to the creation of new dishes and menu planning.
  • Maintaining Standards: Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Inventory and Ordering: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing kitchen challenges and ensuring smooth service.
  • Training and Mentoring: Guiding and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,540.21 - ₹35,000.00 per month
