Opening For Business Development Profile in Packaging Company-Siliguri

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BD to expand our market presence in the packaging materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of packaging products (e.g., flexible packaging, corrugated boxes, films, etc.), excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to tailor solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
• Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales in the packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
