1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers3. Basic knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them4. Follow up on the claims for collection of payment5. Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables6. Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment7. Must be spontaneous and have high energy level
Minimum 1 Yr with Paper is must for Team Lead position.
Must have client handling experience, Good team Management,
Good experience report management and Work Allocation.
