Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

System Configuration and Administration:

Maintaining, configuring, and optimizing OpenAir and NetSuite environments to align with business needs, including managing user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.

Data Management:

Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security, including data migrations between systems and collaborating with different teams to validate and clean data.

User Support:

Serving as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to both platforms, resolving system issues, and escalating tickets as needed.

System Optimization:

Monitoring system performance, ensuring uptime and stability, and identifying opportunities to improve system processes through automation or configuration updates.

Integration Management:

Supporting integrations with third-party systems and ensuring data flows accurately between platforms.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of NetSuite and OpenAir updates, releases, and best practices.

Documentation:

Creating and maintaining user documentation, training guides, and FAQs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of NetSuite and OpenAir, including their functionalities, configurations, and integrations.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Management Skills:

Strong understanding of data integrity, migration processes, and data validation.

Project Management Skills:

Ability to manage and execute data migration projects and other system enhancements.

Business Acumen:

Understanding of business processes and how they relate to the systems being managed.
