Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Services Coordinator at HOPE Oncology Clinic, located in New Delhi. The Patient Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, verifying insurance details, maintaining clear communication with patients, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The role also involves providing administrative support and utilizing medical terminology to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
